In a statement, Warin’s prefectural official said the department would operate the operational center in the early hours of the morning.

An important device is placed on the site. 430 firefighters are being mobilized, with the help of 7 condominiums, 2 dash, 3 helicopters water bombers and Dragon 83 Civil Security. 240 firefighters are due to join them on Tuesday at Kart, Alpes-Maritimes, Alpes de Hot-Provence and Bochs-du-Ron.

The Mistral blowing in the area had already fed the quarry and forest fires at the gates of Marcel and on the same day in Wharf. In the evening, the fire was fixed.
