Triathlon Volunteers Needed

(Published Aug 20, 2007)

ANDERSON, SC - Triathletes from across the southeast will descend on Anderson to take part in the second stop of the TriAmerica National Series Tour August 25-26. This event will take place on the shores of Lake Hartwell at Darwin Wright Park.

Volunteers are crucial to any safe, wellorganized event. That’s why the Anderson CVB is looking for a few good men, women and their children to help us keep the wheels turning, legs kicking and feet pounding. Volunteers are needed to perform a variety of tasks, all of which are fun and put you in the middle of a fast paced, electric environment.

The various volunteer job descriptions are listed below. If you’d like to help us make sure athletes and spectators have an unforgettable time in the Electric City, call Glenn Brill at 716-3660 or send an email to glenn@visitanderson.com.
