Tiger Rowing Holds Tenth Annual Class Day Regatta

CLEMSON, SC - The Clemson rowing team held its tenth annual class day competition Sunday morning on Lake Hartwell. The intra-squad event also included an alumni race and a team barbeque. Each class had a different theme and dressed in costume for the regatta. The teams consisted of the Freshmen "Holidays," Socratic Sophomores, Burger King Juniors, and the Senior Superlatives.

Seneca Woman Places at the Top in Triathlon

ANDERSON, SC - Lisa Tolley of Seneca, SC, and Mark Maclachlan of Atlanta, GA, were the overall top female and male finishers in the the Tri-America Triathlon Series long course held in Anderson on August 26 at Darwin Wright Park. Tolley, 40, had a finish time of 3:49:28.80. Maclachlan, 34, had a finish time of 3:16:15.20.
