LEAF WATCH 2008
While some of the higher elevations are moving past peak, Leep Peekers willl still find plenty of color in pockets across Georgia. Hikers will enjoy the reds, oranges and yellows that now dapple the forest floor, as well as the open views that are found once leaves fall from the trees. Check here to track the changing leaves and plan autumn escapes. You can even learn safe hiking tips, browse a calendar of events and check last-minute availability for cottages, lodge rooms and campsites. Get out. Get dirty.
