Just in time for the holidays comes a unique gift giving opportunity. The Palmetto Foundation Conservation is selling honorary ownership in the Palmetto Trail. For a donation of $25, you will receive a certificate with the GPS coordinates for 1/100th of a mile in the Passage of your choice. Our purpose is to raise money for an endowment fund to maintain and enhance the Palmetto Trail. Over 275 miles are now open and there is constant work to be done to keep these in good shape for the many hikers and bikers using the trail.
