Atkins wins BFL Savannah River title on Keowee

Daniel Atkins of Seneca, S.C., caught a 5-bass limit weighing 11 pounds, 7 ounces Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010 to win $4,915 in the FLW BFL Savannah River Division tournament on Lake Keowee

The next BFL Savannah River Division tournament is scheduled for March 27, at Lake Russell in Eberton Ga. Top 40 boaters and co-anglers from each of the five division tournaments will qualify for the Regional Championship at Lake Seminole in Bainbridge, Ga., on Oct. 21-23, for a chance to win a 198VX Ranger boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Yamaha outboard and a Chevy pick-up, co-anglers will fish for a new Ranger 198VX.
