Hartwell Campground Proposal Tabled

HARTWELL, GA - A proposal by Mel Gerrard of Anderson to construct dozens of rental log cabins at Chandlers Ferry Campgrounds in Hartwell was tabled during a meeting of the Hart County Commission.
The currently closed 48-acre campground on Lake Hartwell would be reopened, roads repaired and log cabins and recreational camping facilities added.
