The Western Carolina Sailing Club on Lake Hartwell launches the season April 4-5 with one of its usual family-friendly events - the 2009 Spring Board Regatta. As usual, WCSC has kept their prices to a low $40 including a Sunday breakfast and awards lunch with lakeside camping available on the club grounds.
