WESTMINSTER, SC - Boo on Main Street, hosted by the Westminster Chamber of Commerce, will begin at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 31. Children are invited downtown to trick-or-treat. In addition, Westminster Baptist Church will serve hot dogs and give out treats. Community First Bank will give out popcorn. The Bank of Westminster will announce the winners of the pumpkin decorating contest. For more information, call (864) 647-5316.
