The Currahee Club filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, otherwise known as a reorganization bankruptcy, on Sunday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Georgia. The community next will begin a process of following a bankruptcy plan.
