During these tough economic times, we are seeing many families come through our doors looking for employment. Many have never been in this situation before, and are new at job search, resume' writing, and even interviewing skills. We would hope that we could all come together as a community to pool our resources to assist these individuals in becoming reemployed.
If your company or someone you know does have a job opening, Full Time or Part Time, Temporary or Permanent, please list it with our Department of Labor in Toccoa. Many job seekers are going door to door, or web site to web site, searching for somewhere to apply! Through our assistance, in person, with our employment specialists, or by internet search in our office, or at home, these individuals can see all their options quickly, and in an organized manner. This not only saves them time and money, but will save you, the employer time and money as well.
Together we can make this a time of new possibilities for these individuals, rather than a time of desperation and despair. Please help us make our community one that is willing to go the distance to help our citizens become reemployed. If you have any questions on how we can assist you with your job openings, please call me.
Thanks to all of you.
