SENECA, SC - The City of Seneca hosted its first Coalition-Building Meeting for community-wide Study Circles on Janauary 11, 2008. The purpose of community-wide study circles is to address community issues by bringing together large numbers of people who represent the diversity of viewpoints, backgrounds, and experiences in our community.

A community-wide study circles program needs to be led by a strong, diverse working group and organizing coalition. For more information and how you can be a part of study circles please contact the Planning and Development office at 885-2726.
