SENECA, SC - Join us in historic downtown Seneca for Halloween on the Green, Wednesday, October 31, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., in downtown Norton-Thompson Park. There will be costume contests with cash prizes, pumpkin painting, hayrides, games and inflatables, a hotdog cookout and candy. Come and enjoy a safe and Happy Halloween, courtesy of local businesses, the City of Seneca and Tri-County Worship Center.
