SENECA, SC - In partnership with the Blue Ridge Arts Council (BRAC), the Seneca Woman’s Club invites you to the second of our continuing Heritage Lecture. Golden Corner Lakes Sail and Power Squadron Commander, Jurgen Kleinau, will speak on how to “Enjoy the Upstate Lakes Safely" from 2:30-4:30 p.m., Sunday, November 18, at Historic Ballenger House, 212 E. S. Third Street in Seneca.

This is a community organization that belongs to the U.S. Power Squadron. They specialize in safety and knowledge in boating.
