Rosewood Partners Close on Land for Lifestyle Center

Rosewood Partners, LLC, announces the acquisition of the 60.59 Acres in the Northwest Quadrant of Exit 19 on 1-85 in Anderson, SC, which is know locally as the Sally Rose Estate, where an estimated $50 million retail village, called the Rosewood Mall, will be constructed. It will be anchored by a 500,000-square-foot lifestyle center.

The village is expected to create 1,000 jobs.
