PENDLETON, SC - Pendleton Town Council has lifted water restrictions placed on customers in September. The restrictions were implemented following the S.C. Department of Natural Resources' declaration of a severe drought. But the ordinance that required water restrictions when the state enters a severe drought has been changed. The ordinance now requires water restrictions only when the town's water supply is low.
