In June of 1979, a man calling himself "R. C. Christian" appeared in a small Georgia town, commissioned the building of a bizarre granite monument built to exacting specifications. In addition to its precise seasonal alignments with the sun, the monument features post-Apocalyptic instructions in multiple languages for the survivors of a world-wide holocaust: guidelines for a new world order.
