We called to make reservations and still had to wait over two hours, while others that arrive after us are being seated. We live on the lake and sometimes bring our company down to eat @ T-60 grill. My questions is does it do any good to make reservations????

As customers of T-60 Grill for 4 years - through thick and thin, I can understand and even relate to your comments. When was your last visit? I strongly believe that your next experience at T-60 Grill will be much more positive as there is new management. My husband and I took over the operation on July 9, 2009, and immediately implemented changes to improve the customer's experience. The feedback has been very positive and supportive.

Reservations are still recommended at T-60. Summer can be very busy, and while we can't guarantee that you'll be seated at your exact reservation time, it should be very close. Other than the busiest Saturday of the year (7/25), our typical wait time has been no more than 15 minutes. We want all of our customers to have a relaxed enjoyable evening, so once in a while, we may have a party that has to wait for an earlier party to finish up. It's not ideal, but I'm sure you'd agree that you wouldn't want to be asked to leave because another group is waiting for your table. I can't speak for previous management, but the size of parties waiting and the size of available tables may account for a group being seated before your group.

We sincerely hope that you'll give T-60 Grill another chance by making a reservation and joining us for lunch or dinner.

Thanks, Donna Lee

We had all but given up on T-60 Grill. However, after hearing how the service had changed, we decided to give it another try. Unbelievable--we were seated (we had reservations) and the server came to our table immediately. The wait time for our food was reasonable AND they were not out of anything like cocktail sauce or soft drinks.
