1st CHOICE Realty is pleased to announce that Beth Pruitt has been promoted to Broker-In-Charge of their West Keowee office located at 402 Cane Creek Landing Road. Mrs. Pruitt is a graduate of Clemson University, has been a licensed Realtor since 1986, and received her Brokers license in 1988. She and her husband, Mike, have lived in Oconee County since 1978. In announcing the promotion, John Pulliam, President and CEO of 1st CHOICE Realty said, "We are excited to have someone with Beth's knowledge and experience as part of our management team. Her local roots and community knowledge will be an asset to both buyers and sellers as our area continues to grow."

The West Keowee office opened in May, 2006. 1st CHOICE Realty was formed in 2005 by the merger of three local leading real estate companies. Since that time it has grown to be the largest real estate firm in terms of both transactions and units sold in Oconee County. Other offices are located at Lake Hartwell, Highway 123 in Seneca, Keowee Key, and North Keowee. In addition, there are two property rental divisions located at Lake Hartwell and Keowee Key.
