OCONEE COUNTY - Christopher Allen Orr, 22, of 110 Tabor Street, Central, was found by Oconee County rescue workers about 10 p.m. on June 12, according to reports. He disappered early that day after falling out of his boat while turning his boat around in the Martins Creek area between Seneca and Clemson.
