Health Time at Mother Thyme Herb Shop in Hartwell

The name, Mother Thyme Herb Shop, is not just a clever moniker or pun on words.  No, it’s a well-established business that has been bringing  health products to Hartwell and the surrounding area for twelve years.

The owner of the shop, Sue Etheridge, has had an interest in herbs and their medicinal effects for her entire life.  She has continued to augment her education on the subject and studied with a renowned herbalist from Athens to perfect her knowledge.

Imparting that knowledge to her customers is part of what she does.   With a library of pamphlets, books and other literature on vitamin and herbal remedies for various ailments, Etheridge sees   her personal mission to aid people to learn about dietary and herbal responses to different health problems.   Recently she has added a product New Day Herbal Tea which is recommended for cancer patients and people whose family history shows a predisposition for cancer.

In addition to the teas, vitamins and herbs, she offers a range of health foods to supplement your health-conscious diet.   Etheridge expects to offer her customers a full range of wellness products.   Her other goal is to impart to her customers her personal attention.  Along with her comprehensive knowledge of her field, her emotional connection she develops with her customers makes Mother Thyme a special place for her clientele.

Located at 2394 Anderson Highway in Hartwell, the shop serves Hart Co., Elbert Co., Franklin Co.,Anderson,S.C., Starr (city), Iva (city) South Carolina.  The store is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday as well as 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday and Saturday.
