With forty-five years of experience Ingrid Bagwell and Bert Leek have been selling flower bulbs and perennials from Holland. Or should we say, giving you the option to sell them. As the owners of Touch of Nature in Lawrenceville, they have been working with a myriad of groups to whom they give catalogs of Dutch flowers. They assist the members of the organizations to sell the beautiful bulbs and perennials which are shown in the catalogs emphasizing which flowers are appropriate to plant during which season.
Over the years they have had the opportunity to work with PTA groups, the Boy Scouts, the Girl Scouts, Kiwanis Clubs, garden clubs and many other school organizations. They will work with the groups to set up fundraisers for them. If you view their website at www.touchofnature.com, you will see that they have plans for your organization to earn a 55% profit on your sale of the flowers. If you are conducting a fundraiser you don’t have to purchase the flowers until you have taken the orders.
Currently, Touch of Nature has an online fundraiser in honor of those walking in the Susan G. Komen breast cancer walk in Dacula. They will donate 60% of the proceeds to that well-known foundation. They have fall fundraisers and holiday fundraisers coming up in the near future.
Ms. Bagwell and Mr. Leek stand by the quality of their merchandise. They only provide top quality bulbs and they back it up with a guarantee to grow. If they fail to grow during the season the particular flowers are meant to they will offer you replacements for that season or the next one. They are proud of the personal attention they afford their customers and also the high margins of profit they allow their fundraisers to earn. Garden clubs should come in to their locations at either 105 Enterprise Drive in Cumming or 1975 Buford Drive, Suite 403-306 in Lawrenceville to get their custom brochure. The staff looks forward to assisting you in deciding which bulbs to sell. The business is open from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday and all time at www.touchofnature.com.
