Customers’ Needs Are Top Priority At Cotton States Agency In Hartwell

(Published Oct 5, 2007)

“Our most important policy is trust.” That’s the Cotton States Insurance motto, and according to Mike LeCroy, owner of the Cotton States agency in Hartwell, it’s the way they do business.

“Our customer service is all about people, relating to them, putting them first,” LeCroy says. “We help them understand risks they may not know about. We transfer that risk to our company for a premium, and the customer can then rest easy knowing they have a risk manager working for them.”

The son of an insurance man, LeCroy grew up in the insurance business and chose it for his career. He now has 31 years of experience in the business. He graduated from Emmanuel College in 1974 and earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1987.

LeCroy opened his Cotton States office, which is located at 44 South Carolina Street in Hartwell, five years ago. The agency offers a full line of insurance including auto, home, life, annuity and long-term care. Insurance coverage for farms and poultry houses is also available.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. The phone number is 706-376-7186. For more information about Cotton States Insurance, you can visit the company’s website at www.cottonstatesinsurance.com.
