HARTWELL, GA - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has announced that the campground season for several areas has been extended. The campgrounds include Twin Lakes in Pickens County, Springfield in Anderson County and Watsadler and Paynes Creek in Hart County.

Paynes Creek will be open until September 9; Springfield until October 31; and Twin Lakes and Watsadler until November 30.
