05/13 Wed - The Snowbirds come to Anderson - The Snowbirds fly nine jets in close formation, less than 36 inches.  They make over 50 formation changes during their performance; it’s just an amazing display of beauty and grace.

Friday night May 15 is the Beach Night and Cruise In. The charity motorcycle ride takes place Saturday. Raffle tickets for a Harley Davidson motorcycle and a $5000 VISA card are on sale. Movie Night at the Museum - OHC - 6:00 pm on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Each classic movie is prefaced by a short presentation on the history associated with the film. FREE

05/16 Sat - Walhalla Heritage Fest
Patriots Hall Veterans Museum and the Oconee Heritage Center, both located in Walhalla, will be celebrating the second annual HeritageFest on Saturday May 16 (Armed Forces Day). Short Street between the Museums will be filled with music, activities, food, dancing and special exhibits relating to our Patriotic and Cultural heritage.
