Dock Permits and Water Withdrawal Changes

LAKE HARTWELL - The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers has made some changes regarding dock permits and water withdrawals, according to Lake Hartwell Association (LHA) President Joe Brenner. LHA exists to protect the quality and quantity of water resources in Hartwell Lake and its watershed; to provide a forum for discussion and action on lake-related issues; and to influence positive growth and development while preserving the quality of life for all lake users.
