The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Hartwell Lake Office will temporarily close the Carters Ferry and Cleveland boat ramps and parking areas in Hart County beginning August 23 for repaving. Weather permitting, these areas should re-open August 28.Visitors displaced during this time are encouraged to use nearby recreation areas.
