ANDERSON, SC - A low country boil and BBQ will be held from 6-9:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 25, at the Anderson County Farmers Market (pictured) at 402 North Murray Avenue for The Outdoor Dream Foundation, which began in March, 2004, with the purpose of granting hunting, fishing and other outdoor dreams for young people 21 and under who have life-threatening illnesses.

The Outdoor Dream Foundation also has a mentoring program in place where ‘in-state’ hunts and fishing trips are donated. Most of the foundation volunteers are mentors for the program as well as taking part in the fundraisers.
