CLEMSON, SC - Hotel Content Liquidators, LLC, of Dayton, Ohio, will sale over 10,000 items from the inside of the former Lake Hartwell Inn to the public over the next three weeks. The sale began Saturday, October 6, and will continue until October 27 on Mondays-Saturdays, 9 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sundays, 1-5 p.m.
Prices range between $1-$2,000 for items like linens, appliances, TVs, furniture, carpet, curtains and kitchenware. Any items remaining after the liquidation sale will be donated to charity.
The Lake Hartwell Inn is located at 894 Tiger Boulevard. The building has 215 rooms, two floors, and was built in 1969 on the shore of Lake Hartwell. It was renovated in 1997.
Demolition of the Lake Hartwell Inn will begin soon as developers prepare to build Clemson Grande Lakefront Condominiums, less than one mile from Clemson University. Clemson Grande is situated on a five-acre tract, with hundreds of feet of shoreline access.
