HARTWELL, GA - All downtown businesses are requested are requested to participate in the Mayor's Monster Mash by distributing candy outside of your business, around the Courthouse Square or on Depot Street. The annual Haunted House and Woods Walk will be from 7-11 p.m. at the corner of Memorial Road and Highway 29, one mile south of Hartwell, across from Nancy Hart Memorial Cemetery. The Haunted Goldmines and Woods, located at Highway 29 between Royston and Hartwell at Triple J Ranch Road, will open at dark. Proceeds benefit the Shriners Hospital for Children.
