WESTMINSTER, SC - Boo on Main Street, hosted by the Westminster Chamber of Commerce, will begin at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 31. Children are invited downtown to trick-or-treat. In addition, Westminster Baptist Church will serve hot dogs and give out treats. Community First Bank will give out popcorn.
