CLEMSON, SC - The Foothills Area Family YMCA will host yoga workshops for preschoolers, youth and adults on Saturday, March 29, 2008. Cost is $3 per person. The preschoolers workshop will run from 10:00-10:45 am; the workshop for youth in grades 1-5 will run from 11:00-11:45 am; the middle school youth workshop will take place from 3:45-4:45 pm; and the adult workshop will run 5:00-6:30 pm.

All workshops will take place on the Y-Beach at Lake Hartwell and be conducted by Christen Mathis, who has over 200 hours of yoga training and instructs yoga classes at Gold’s Gym and teaches pre-school yoga at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Walhalla.
