HARTWELL, GA - The Georgia Department of Natural Resources will teach the second of three boating safety courses planned for this spring on Saturday, April 19, 2008. The last will be Saturday, May 17.
Class is from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Hartwell Lake Office and Visitor Center at 5625 Anderson Highway (Highway 29) in Hartwell, Georgia. Students should bring their own lunch. For more information or to pre-register (recommended but not required), contact the GADNR at 770-535-5499.
The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will be teaching boating safety courses on:
