The celebration will include live music, food and drinks. New buyers can receive a free boat slip for two years, according to developers. Developed by Rich Bennett, Jerry Meehan and Tom Winkopp, WaterMarke includes a fitness room, heated pool with waterfall, and a limited number of boat slips.
