A summer kickoff celebration will be from 2-7 p.m., Saturday, June 23, at WaterMarke condominiums on the shores of Lake Hartwell at Smith Mill Road, Exit 19-A, I-85, Highway 76 to Anderson.

The celebration will include live music, food and drinks. New buyers can receive a free boat slip for two years, according to developers. Developed by Rich Bennett, Jerry Meehan and Tom Winkopp, WaterMarke includes a fitness room, heated pool with waterfall, and a limited number of boat slips.
