ANDERSON, SC - On June 4, 2008, Governor Mark Sanford signed into law the South Carolina Illegal Immigration Reform Act. The new law will impact all employers in South Carolina. Learn about the new law, the challenges it presents, how it compares and conflicts with federal immigration law, and what the obligations will be as an employer in South Carolina. A presentation on workplace bullying will also take place during this time.
