TOCCOA, GA - A "Truckers for Kids" toy run will take place in Toccoa on Satruday, December 15, at Stephens County High School. All toys collected will be donated to a local Toccoa charity. The toy run will begin at Stephens County High School where participants will begin to decorate their trucks around 1 p.m. The entry fee for each truck is two toys for a boy and two toys for a girl (in lieu of the $40 entry fee). The parade will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Pancake Breakfast with Santa
Location: Applebees Restaurant, Toccoa
Date/Time: December 15, 2007; 7:30-10 AM.
The Toccoa Women's Club annual Pancake Breakfast with Santa will be held at Applebees. Tickets are $5 and will be available from members of the Toccoa Women's Club, Headquarters Hair Salon, and at the Toccoa/Stephens County Chamber of Commerce. The event is a fundraiser for the club, a community service-based organization that works in many areas in the community.

Christmas Worship Extravaganza
Location: First Alliance of Toccoa
Date/Time: December 16, 2007; 8 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Sunday morning services will be a musical experience designed to celebrate Christ's birth and life.

Carols by Candlelight
Location: First Alliance of Toccoa
Date/Time: December 24, 2007; 6 p.m. A Christmas Eve service with the traditional Christmas hymns concluded in candlelight.
