CLEMSON, SC - Portions of S.C. 93 and College Avenue will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 4, for the City of Clemson's 14th annual Christmas Parade.

The parade will begin at 6 p.m. and follow a route beginning on S.C. 93 at Bowman Field and continuing on College Avenue to Keowee Trail (at Papa John's Pizza).

The following roads will be closed for the parade:

S.C. 93

• Closed from the College Avenue intersection (at Subway) to the Cherry Road intersection (at the President's Home) from 4:45 p.m. until the parade ends.

College Avenue

• Closed from S.C. 93 (at Subway) to Earle Street (at Wachovia Bank) from 4:45 p.m. until the parade ends.
• Closed from S.C. 93 (at Subway) to Keowee Trail from 6 p.m. until the parade ends.

This closure plan provides easy access to College Avenue businesses and parking from U.S. 123 to Earle Street until 6 p.m.

Pre-parade festivities will begin at 5 p.m. in front of the Planning and Codes Administration Office, 365 College Ave., with caroling and lighting of the Christmas tree.
