An onsite sales office has opened for WaterMarke condominiums located on Lake Hartwell near Exit 19 on I-85.

Hours of operation are:

Saturday - 12-5 p.m.

Sunday - 1-6 p.m.

Watermarke, an eight-story, 74-unit condominium project, is underway on the shores of Lake Hartwell, near the intersection of Clemson Boulevard and I-85, exit 19. Prices range between $289,000-$800,000. The floor plans include 2-4 bedrooms and each unit has a private balcony. The project is the first of its kind on Lake Hartwell. Residents will have access to docks governed by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
